Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out what is and is not allowed on wausernames, operated by wausernames Ltd. It applies in addition to our terms of service. Breaking it can lead to listing removal, account suspension, forfeiture of in-flight payouts, and reporting to authorities.

You must

• only list handles you genuinely control and are entitled to transfer;
• complete the identity verification appropriate to your trading volume;
• keep payment and handover inside the escrow flow;
• provide accurate information in listings, disputes, and KYC.

You must not

• list a handle you do not control, or attempt to recover a handle after transfer;
• trade handles that infringe a trademark or impersonate a person, brand, or organisation;
• use the service to launder money, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity;
• arrange payment or handover off-platform to circumvent escrow;
• harass, defraud, or mislead other users;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the service or its security;
• misrepresent any affiliation with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms — wausernames is independent and not affiliated with either.

Reporting abuse

Report listings or conduct that breach this policy to [email protected]. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts while we investigate.
